Current status
We were alerted to an issue in Microsoft Intune from a customer report, which indicated that admins may not be able to identify the settings causing non-compliant devices. We investigated the issue and identified that a previous change to the generation of unique Policy and Settings metadata identifiers caused some policy documents to be malformed, which caused some non-compliant settings to incorrectly show as compliant. We're working on developing a fix to address the issue and once ready, we'll begin deploying to all affected environments.
More info
The device compliance calculation is unaffected.
