   We’ve verified through service telemetry and previously impacted users that the issue is now resolved.

   We've completed deploying the fix to the affected infrastructure, and we've verified in our internal environment that the model selection options have been restored within Copilot chat. We're now contacting affected customers directly to ensure the fix has produced the expected resolution.

   We've identified a component responsible for producing the model selection options in Copilot chat was not functioning correctly. To mitigate impact, we've developed a fix which is currently being deployed to the affected infrastructure and we're monitoring this process closely to ensure it delivers the expected resolution.

   We’re reviewing service monitoring telemetry and support provided information to determine why model selection options aren’t appearing as expected, in order to develop a remediation plan.
